Are you moving to Fernie for the winter?

The Raging Elk is a great place to start with other back packers also looking to match up with future room mates of similar personalities and utilize the Raging Elk connections.

October is when the Fernie Alpine Resort and Fernie town job fairs are held, many ski/snow board shops in towns have great pre season sales on equipment and from late September many landlords are looking to rent their seasonal homes to the right applicants - (Most leases run from October through to April)

To help you with your seasonal job and house searching the Elk will give you:

• free shuttle service to the job fair
• Our daily complimentary breakfast
• A free beverage on arrival at The Kodiak Lounge
• Seasonal accommodation folder which connects landlords looking to rent full homes and fellow backpackers looking to rent rooms for the season

Make sure you see your house or meet your future room mates before you commit for the winter ski season... and avoid any nasty surprises!!
